Standing amidst the scarlet trees, hardly green, dearly / departed with an ashen-faced navel gaze – taste the / blackened leaves destruction at a rapid pace – the wall of / reddened devastation rages war with patience, now this / fuel weight is enormous forged on the horizon line / moving teeth grating as the fire grinds – wild / life – blinded – by the barbed wire / frightened crisis climate fights annihilating sirens I’m / inclined to pry the claws of tyrants syphoning iron ore to / place their Murdoch informed stronghold to better soughts more / importantly the burnt sienna pores under our footfall are / suffocating from industry smoke of which we’re all sworn / cause and effect, fortunate dead, feeding the force, cornered and / red instead with surety for the frontlines we pause / - caustic reminders, enveloped by nauseating / flames burnt behind the parasites who scurry capital lawn / no money funded by the suits and snakes, but by / masses of saddened faces broken by the pain / - ashy rain, uncontained, fire blades cutting / through billowing smoke so thick that you can almost taste / - the blood and dirt required to just satiate this / thunderous, savage wanderlust decimating acres of a / landscape right in front of us – the incineration / of an earth to create a land for none of us /
